The fall equinox is a time for gratitude and turning inward. A perfect time to acknowledge what you have accomplished this year while intentionally releasing what no longer serves you as you prepare for the quieter months. The equal measure of day and night symbolizes the eternal dance between polarities like the sun and moon, inner and outer, happiness and joy. A reminder that opposition is more harmonious than conflict.
